Our Story
We started R & B Plumbing after seeing the industry drift from “do what’s right” to “do what gets paid.” That didn’t sit well with us, so we built a company around honesty and quality work at a fair price.
Our roots go back to the early 2000s, working on septic systems - repairs, installs, and pumping - and later expanding into full-scope residential and commercial plumbing. That hands-on path shaped how we diagnose problems and communicate options.
Today, we’re an NC-licensed plumbing contractor, certified backflow inspector, and licensed septic installer - fully insured, with written estimates before work begins and approvals for any scope changes. You’ll always know what we’re doing and why.
Whether it’s a water heater, lift station, pump, gas line, drain, or sewer, we bring the same standard: do it right, stand behind it, and keep the customer informed from start to finish.

Based in Wake Forest, we serve homeowners and businesses across the Triangle - Including Rolesville, Youngsville, North Raleigh/Wakefield, Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Knightdale, and nearby communities. If you’re just outside this list, reach out - after-hours and weekend service are available, and any travel fees are disclosed up front.
